For three plus decades, Mark Leclere and his team of craftsman have been building quality Custom Estates and existing home renovations and expansions in many areas of  Northern California including Contra Costa, Napa, Sacramento, El Dorado, Placer, Solano and Lake Tahoe to mention a few. Leclere-built homes, renovations and existing home expansions reveal the builder’s attention to detail – in craftsmanship, the materials he uses and the "hands-on" nature of his commitment to his projects. He personally manages the construction project from the initial excavation to the move-in.

Leclere works with a team of experienced craftsmen some who have been with him through many of his most notable Custom Estate Projects and Renovations, which have ranged in size from as small as 800 square feet to over 11,000+square feet.

Leclere views each new project as an opportunity for him to renew his own excitement about his work. Known by his clients as a builder who is eager to collaborate and communicate, Leclere is dedicated to making the building of his projects a mutually enjoyable and a deeply satisfying experience.
